招聘职位：高级Java程序员（上海） 

职位描述：
1、主要从事B/S结构的应用软件的开发。
2、同时参与相关的系统分析设计。
3、对系统总体结构框架提出一些有建设性的意见和建议。
4、能够指导初级程序员进行开发工作。
5、能够独立完成项目经理所分配的软件开发任务，并与项目组其他成员紧密合作。
6、熟悉UML，能进行分析设计。
职位要求：
1.计算机或相关专业本科以上学历，英语4级，6级者在同等条件下优先录用；
2.四年以上工作经验；
2.其中至少三年以上OOP开发经验，精通Java（JSP、Servlet、JavaBean、EJB等）；
3.或其中至少一年以上参与大型网络平台OOAD经验
4.或其中至少一年的基于IBM　Websphere/BEA　Weblogic/Jboss开发部署经经验
5.熟悉MVC设计模式，其中至少二年以上基于struts或其他类似FrameWork的开发经验
6.熟悉系统建模、模块切分和总体设计
7.熟悉Oracle、DB2等数据库的设计、开发
8.具有较强的分析设计能力，有用户界面框架设计经验
9.了解软件工程、编程规范、有过程控制意识
10.良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神，责任心强
