职位描述：负责公司整体技术平台和网站技术相关的研发和建设，包括平台架构设计、程序开发及管理等；负责技术部的团队建设及绩效管理；跟踪国际范围内的技术发展。
职位要求：
1、精通互联网应用平台的架构和设计；
2、具备软硬件系统的搭建，软件开发及测试，系统及网站平台运营的丰富经验；
3、至少3年的开发经验和2年以上的开发团队管理经验；
4、具备大中型网站应用系统研发和团队管理经验优先；
5、良好的沟通协调能力，善于与人沟通；
